Since this topic is blowing up on ESPN, I wanted to see what everyone thought about the conference changes. If the Big 10 takes Missouri, then the Big 12 could make a play for Arkansas. If they left, who do you think is worth getting a SEC slot?

Witch Doctors old school "Haiti DeVry Institute of Witch Doctoring (Go Turnips!) would be a fine choice.
(Georgia tech would be the ONLY one mentioned that could even compete in SEC...VT NO WAY)
Bones never lie.
While this is a fun subject to speculate upon, I am happy with things being the way they are. If an ACC school joins the SEC there will be a push for realignment of the divisions. I do not want to lose VU or KY to the West. UTK benefits greatly by having those two schools on the schedule every year. Why add another tough conference game?
Not saying that I think there's a remote possibility of this happening, but just for s**** and gigs....
I don't see any ACC team leaving to join the SEC. The benefits in football are there, but minimal (they're already in the BCS and competition is relatively weaker so therefore easier to get the conference championship). But the biggest factor would be the other revenue sports. Those teams would lose a lot in basketball.
My guess would be to see a team from CUSA make a strong push for that open spot. I think the SEC could benefit by getting a team like East Carolina or maybe Southern Miss. ECU would bring the SEC into N. Carolina and the heart of ACC country. You'd probably see Kentucky moved to the SEC west to balance things out. The lack of a "traveling" partner school would be the biggest knock, but minimal at best. Southern Miss would keep the balance between the SEC East and West. But the upside of what they bring to the SEC isn't very much in my opinion. I'm not sure 3 schools from Mississippi would be the way to go.
IF it were a school from the ACC, I think Clemson would make the most sense. Virginia Tech would be my next guess.
I honestly hope the SEC wouldn't get Ga Tech, Va Tech or Clemson. The conference is already tough. I'd rather not see another team as good as or better than UT right now join.
If they realign the divisions like some have already said, the east would be stacked.
GA TECH would not leave the ACC! they just started being relevant.it would be clemson, and Arkansas i can see going to the big 12.they could compete there. OR! even Boise goin to the Big 12.if missouri (sp?) would go to the big ten!
Let's do it anyway. Kick Vandy out of the league for not having an athletic department. Also, for having that ridiculous basketball court. They haven't committed to athletics. Get the He11 out!!
First of all, there is no way that Arkansas would jump ship. The SEC is the premiere conference in the nation, and it has deeper pockets. Second of all, there is no way in hell that Georgia Tech receives an offer to rejoin the SEC under any circumstances.
