I really enjoyed the last one on the xbox... I lovingly called it "Hulk: Smash Everything!"

I think I'll give this new one a shot, it looks like similar gameplay with updated graphics.

GameSpy: The Incredible Hulk Review

Pretty poor review... surprises me.

Except the other one didn't have achievements... and I already beat it two years ago.

Oh well.

Its a rental for sure, I rented it yesterday and while I played it a solid 3 hours, its pretty redundant. Im pretty far into it now, so Ill likely just beat it to see the end game, but so far its missing all the fun stuff you could do with the first one. (Surfing on smashed cars, using wrecking balls, making cars into boomrangs etc.) The only thing so far that you can do is make the gaunlets like you could in the first one. You cant even jump onto the helicopters and things like you could in the first. The graphics arent even that much improved either. Id give it a 6.8 for gameplay.

That's depressing. I even saw a commercial where Hulk was grabbing a helicopter like in Ultimate Destruction. Thanks for the first-hand account.

No problem. Yeah I was pretty psyched about it too, but so far, its been a let down. Ill report back once Ive finished it off and let you know if it gets better. Could be Im just not far enough along, but Im doubting it.
