Well, here's the thing, Higgy, I wasn't talking about you. See, the planet's celestial motion is governed by gravity. Its rotation is due to the very ancient result of forces exerted on debris ejected by Sol's birth, and the Mars sized planetary mass that struck the young planet a sort of glancing blow later on. None of us, you included, have naught to do with Earth's circular motions. Meanwhile, it's nice to see the UT has an AD who not only respects the school's traditions, but lends his ear to fans. Though, that, too, isn't why Earth's motion exists.
