I'm ok with it simply because the concept is more futuristic than the actual model will be. The front fender flare will be trimmed down quite a bit and the hood won't rise up so much like a bubble.

It looks like they hacked together the front end of some generic Italian supercar look, and rehashed the Z06 from the a-pillar back.

Not only bad-looking, but lacking creativity as well, IMO.

looks like the designer is going for a look but hasn't really settled on anything...too choppy...nope don't care for it

Yeah, but concepts are supposed to push the design envelope. They are supposed to be wild, out there, and always innovative. Then the manufacturer takes the best elements of that concept and incorporates it into a more practical, but new design.

But, it's not like GM's R&D team has done anything special for decades, with the sole exception of Cadillac.

Don't forget the Pontiac Aztec...
Two okay-looking ideas for cars, sandwiched on one another.

Brilliant.

Sorry if there are any Chevy fans here, but MY GOODNESS does GM suck the big one.

Bad-looking cars that break for no apparent reason at a moment's notice. How could you ask for any less?!

Sorry, I spent all day repairing a Chevy EGR system... That broke for no reason.

That is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. I guess they are trying to do something since the new Viper came out with 100 more horsepower stock. I opened this thread hoping to see a beautiful car...no so much IMO

It's tough to explain why, but they're different. The Viper and the Corvette don't have the same target audience.

The Viper, simply put, is by far the best performance car the big three have put out in the last quarter century or so.

But the Corvette is a brand name. Crappy as the new concept looks, there are a lot of people out there who will buy anything with the twin flags on it.
