Just got the email from Scout. 2 Star DE from HI

Before the star gazers star harping, they need to do their research. Kid will end up a 3 or a 4 star. If you can out perform Ray Drew and other studs at camp, you ain't to shabby.

He sure did. He blew up at Top Gun last week. He got the MVP over guys like Ray Drew, Stephon Tuitt, Blake Countess, Curtis Grant, etc.

Good. The coaches are supposed to evaluate talent, not just rely on what Rivals, Scout, ESPN, etc. say.

I think he has DD ear however, Smith has never been a recruitor he has soley worked with NFL talent and not necessarily evaluated talent. Not saying that Smith couldn't do it. Hey we gotta start somewhere though. If the kid earned the scholly then great job on behalf of the kid and staff.

Per Rivals analyst Barry Every:

Juda Parker, 6-2/245 ,WDE, Honolulu (Hawaii) St. Louis

ASSETS: Always at the front of the line, excellent pad level and a serious pass-rushing threat.

AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: Will most likely project as a linebacker so learning to play in space and cover backs is imperative.

WHAT WAS MOST IMPRESSIVE: May have been the hardest worker at any position in the camp over all three days. Parker was also unstoppable coming off the edge during lineman one-on-ones.

CONCLUSION: Parker will be receiving a nice bump in his ranking next time around. This pass-rushing specialist is perfect in the 3-4 defense. Look for his offers to triple before the first Wednesday in February arrives.
