Adidas has to let the Chinese children make their shoes. They are really struggling atm with design.

This looks more like some 3D-printed **** made by a tasteless 12-year-old.

They could win so much by just making Campus, SL '72s, Sambas, whatever in Tennessee colorways, but instead they do this garbage.

I will definitely get that polo when it comes out. I'm a sucker for the throwback Adidas logo as well as the "new" UT one.

One thing I noticed when the Adidas gear was first released was the lack of embroidered logos. I hope in time they will get back to those over the ones that feel like iron-ons
The jerseys have stitched on numbers and logos

I was more talking about the polo shirts. I looked at them in the volshop on campus when released and was not impressed (and I would have purchased one if I felt they were worth it)

I don't really have as much a problem with the split UT but those shoes and most new adidas apparel is terrible...Yuck !!! How long till we can go back to Nike?.......Geez. Hell, at least I have a few left over Adidas items from the 2000's left over I can wear that still are disco superfly haha.

GBO
I’ve got several Adidas items, too. The split T just feels weird to me, but obviously it’s a personal taste for me. Maybe seeing it over and over this fall will make it feel more natural.

Adidas has successfully made 2 of the ugliest pairs of shoes this university has ever seen. Unfortunately will be the first year in at least 6 years I don’t buy team shoes.

I went to check out the new stuff at Alumni Hall. The retro polo fabric and collar suck, honestly. It will wrinkle and the collar will get weird. The Adidas athletic polos are basic, and there are just so many better options with what Turtleson, P Millar, B Draddy, Johnny O, Criquet, etc have to offer. I couldn't find any tees that I really wanted.

The jerseys are very nice, but that just isn't my style.

Depending on the fabric, that retro polo is the first thing I've really liked that Adidas has released for fans.
I was in Knoxville today for a meeting and unfortunately that polo is old-school cotton. Felt very heavy. It’s a pass for me.

I have liked the designs of a lot of the Adidas stuff so far, but when I go to a store and actually see and feel it in person I have been very underwhelmed. So far, I’ve only bought one polo, and that’s really it. I was nostalgic for it because we wore Adidas when I was in undergrad and law school, but haven’t found anything worth buying that they have released yet. Both pairs of shoes are embarrassingly bad, Been told the shoes released a couple of weeks ago are extremely comfortable. I won’t be finding out.

Like I said, there are so many other brands with better coloring/patterns, great fit, and better fabrics. I was surprised that Criquet is now in Alumni hall. I've been a fan of their shirts for years but have always had to order them online.
