I’d say the biggest winners in the new format as far their 3 permanent opponents are Duke, UNC, Pitt and Wake .

The biggest losers are NC State and FSU.

Clemson and FSU are about as far apart as they were when a Bowden was coaching both teams.

Not that different, but Miami/VA Tech was almost always the best Big East game. FSU playing GA Tech makes more sense than Syracuse. At least Syracuse and Louisville crossed paths In the Big East for a bit.

Poor Wake Forest. It's abundantly clear the other 3 NC teams prefer to play each other and aren't as concerned with playing them.

You guys usually play them really tough. The game this year (can’t believe I’m saying this) could have a big national impact . It’s good that State plays Duke and Carolina each year, but It’s also a shame that they took away Wake and State annually . I’m surprised by that. I think Duke and Carolina kind of got a gift not having a team that hasn’t won big in a long time. That’s why I said State got screwed w/ Klemp-son.
