Good work, folks! It looks like she's pulling away, but vote if you haven't yet and get ready for the second round.

Glad she is. But she wasn’t the only LV on that list. Alexis Hornbuckle is on the other side of the bracket if anybody wants to take a look and place some votes for her as well. She is in the lead too.

What are the criteria for the contest? Basketball skills or popularity? In a 1V1 situation it would be no contest. An experienced, skilled guard beats a newbie big every time.

Rene Montgomery is a 10 year WNBA player. She has an NCAA championship ring to go along with her two WNBA championships. She averaged 9.7 PPG scoring more than 3000 pts in her pro career and she scored 1990 points in college. She is 4th all time for assists as a point guard at UConn.

*gasp* Kevin Pittsnogle. That one will be hard to beat. He's like royalty there, or so I imagine.

Certainly popularity contest and Emily is a lot more popular here than Montgomery.

Interestingly, this is the only matchup with over 300 votes at over 1,000! If you haven't voted yet, please do - Emily is in the lead, but it's getting tighter!
