I was thinking more about how the two head coaches come across as opposed to the academic standings of the two universities

Missouri, sort of. (They’re an Association of American Universities member, one of 69 total private and public schools, which does put them in an upper echelon as far as American universities go.)

South Carolina? Absolutely not. (I think the most recent Forbes university ratings put them almost like in the 200s.)

I guess I’m pinching my nose while I root for Midzou. I kind of hope South Carolina drops a couple and Beamer takes the Virginia Tech job. Would be interesting just for the storylines.

Dorkowitz is more unlikeable to me than Beamer plus it would be good to see Mizz take an L. SC isn’t good enough to beat them though.
