Negavols definition

On the contrary - we are the second most successful SEC football program of all time, so hardly middle of the road.

Ranking the SEC's most successful programs of all-time: 3-1

yeah if you go back to Neyland's time...in the last 50 years we are a middle of the road team that is tied for 6th in SEC Championships and we average 8-9 wins per year.

of our 13 SEC championships, 8 were from Neyland...meaning we have won 5 in the last 65 years.

Negafans spin coaching as Negacoaching...tried and true method!

Well they do get paid to have the kids ready to compete....so I'd say they are the ones responsible.

Coaching malpractice and under developing isn't that hard.to see. Football isn't rocket science

That would be an anti-Vol. No Vol fans wishes for the program to fail.

A Negavol would support the idea that we will never win another NC ever, no matter what happens or who is the HC (negavols are negative to a fault) and still wish Fulmer was our HC.

We all want what is best for the program, the only thing is nobody knows what is best and that creates the grounds for discussion. Due to not having a Plan B in regards to the HC.

If Hurd and PWillie are the only ones that want to leave for what ever reason, then we may be "fine", but if CBJ has lost the team, we are not fine.

Go Vols!
Get it together Butch.

NegaVols, are "fans" who see the mid 90's as the standard of Tennessee football when it is an outlier. Truth is that for the last 50 years we are a middle of the road SEC team that wins 8-9 games a year and many of the great coaches that the Nega's wanted years ago are now on the hotseat or getting fired.

This is the sad truth of the matter. Our Vols are second tier we want them to be true bluebloods of CFB but in all honesty we're in the 2nd tier prestigious category won some nattys but not in the same category as the big dogs

At this point in time we should be able to agree that the negavols are the remaining Butch supporters? Cause supporting him after this debacle cannot be interpreted as anything other than wishing the program to continue to fail?

Bulls#it.
You can come up with several deragatory terms for those supporting Jones without reason, the term reserved for you and yours, isn't one of them.
UNFORTUNATELY, Jones has given me no reason to believe he can reach the top and that's a bad thing. It means starting over and not immediately because we have no AD. Now that is a negative.
The part where several here almost seem giddy over what is a bad situation for UT? I don't care if you guys seem upbeat because you're always wanting to be argumentative or maybe because e-cred is more important than success.

One thing I know for certain - Even though I may disagree with someone that still believes CBJ is NC caliber, that doesn't make them "negavols".
No, negavols are the still the same little whining bit**** they have always been. In good and bad times, nothing more than detrimental blowhards that never contribute anything supportive or of value.

Why do we have to label everyone? Early in the season I raised questions on Shoop and I was told I was a closet UGA/ Ole Miss fan.

Now I say I don't think it's feasible to pay Butch's 10 mil buyout, possibly another coach's buyout, convince a quality coach to come here knowing he gets fired for winning less than 9 (without and AD mind you) and now I'm a sunshine pumper.

Why does everyone have to be a Homer, Pumper, an idiot, etc. Clay Travis said that James Franklin was a better coach than Dooley and was immediately labeled a "tool". Well, he is but he was dead on right.

I considered myself a pumper but after that load of garbage last night I'm done. Even if your defense is a turnstile you still had a 21-7 lead on VANDERBILT! (Read as if your Butch Jones screaming at Justin Martin)
