Does a Gruden or NFL mind bring a fun collegiate atmosphere or does he bring a "NFL job" atmosphere. Coaches whom have come from NFL with that mindset are different then College coaches who thought they could excel in the NFL even though they had a college mentality have failed miserably as a majority, Yes Al Groh is winning, but as stated before the MAJORITY do fail.

I have no idea what you are trying to say with this last paragraph. However, Al Groh is not special.

I like the idea of Muschamp coming to the "REAL UT" to be HC.

Ferentz is laughable...
Peterson, who I think is a good coach, did not change Boise St's program. It was handed to him.
Kiffin is laughable...
Gruden, will never happen...
Butch Davis is too old. We are looking for long term here, not just a 7-10 yr guy.

I'd love to see Hamilton steal Carrol from USC! I know it'll never happen, but would be great!

Once again, it is a misconception that Butch Davis is old. You say you would love to have Pete Carroll, but not Butch Davis because he's too old. Butch Davis is younger than Pete Carroll & Nick Saban.

Also, I'll take 7-10 year guy over a 20 year guy.
