Need help replacing my TN hat

Seriously, I love this hat but it’s time. I have searched far and wide online, Etsy, vol shops etc looking for an unstructured, mesh, stitched tristar hat made by Legacy that isn’t “distressed” or one that looks worn that comes with wear. (This one wore naturally over several years).

The problem is there are knockoffs with patches (instead of embroidered) but that dog ain’t gonna hunt. If anyone can point me in the direction where to get another like it this Vol fan would really appreciate it. I reached out to Legacy directly and while they can make me one the minimum order is 50.

Order 50. Keep a couple for yourself and sell the others online.

I'd keep wearing the old one. It has character.

However, if you do order 50 and sell the rest, I'll buy one. I have one of the "distressed" replicas with a patch.

That thought crossed my mind, but that’s entirely too much time, energy and financial risk that I am willing to take.

Find someone around you who has a machine to do those. I have a buddy who used to, but I haven't talked to him in 15 years.
