Need a media player or addon suggestion

Does anyone know of a media player or player addon that allows you to fast forward in increments of 1:00 or similar? I am looking for something that will easily fast forward past commercials on some recorded shows that I listen to.

Can you not just use the sliding bar in WMP or RP?? I guess I don't understand why you would need this. I do however have a program that you can "cut" commercials out and just have the show when you get them out.

I can slide the bar to forward past the commercials but I usually end up forwarding ten minutes ahead or not near enough. I just thought it would be nice to have something that could fast forward like 4:00 (or whatever) automatically at the press of a button. My first DVR device that I bought had a feature like this. I think it was a ReplayTv or something like that.

Blaze Media Player Pro and Winamp have slider bars that will show you the position to the second when you slide them. Don't know if that helps or not but thought I would give it shot.
