I have a 4g. You plug a flash drive into one of the USB slots in front. There's your hard drive.

I know. That would make sense. Still won't play SW BII. I have to pay $100 for a 250G official microsoft hardrive. lol and it has to be one compatible the Slim or the E version of xbox360. An original XBOX 360 hard drive will not fit.

Yes they do. Just take it apart and drop it onto the pin connectors. Lots of videos on it, thats what i did. The original HDDs are 99% casing and 1% drive

If I werent hung the **** over this morning, I would take offense to that

I can help you with that hang over.
But I need to reword.

I am trying to play Star Wars Battlefront II from a disk and it won't play it without an official microsoft hard drive.

I need the software to be on the hard drive so it will fool the 360 into thinking I paid Gates the ransom. $100 for a 250G hard drive. I hate that turd.

go buy a damn 20GB MS HD from gamestop for less than 10 bucks and google how to use an old HD on the Slims. Its really not that difficult, but it will take some effort from you in actually looking it up.

I bought the 120G from game stop for $40. It is in the mail right now. In the mean time I found out I need one for the (slim model) even though I don't have a slim console and I do not have the original 360. I have the newer cheaper sheetier version 4G version.

BearCat are you saying if I can get the 120G hard drive connected it will play the game I am trying to play?

I don't mind to look it up and I have looked it up. Everything I have read says I am screwed.

No, Im not saying that. Im saying that you can get the HD for the older legacy 360's to work fine with the Slim models. There is no difference between the two types of HD's other than shape, which you can get the older ones to fit the Slim. As for whatever you are trying to do with the older game, I have no clue. I was unaware that the 360 was BC.

And yes, you do have a Slim

No I don't have a Slim I have a cheap 4g model that I bought two weeks ago. It is not a slim but uses the same size (hard drive case) as the slim.

But I did find this video.

If you need an older model hard drive then send me your address. I've got a couple that I don't need.
