If the coaches have a gut feel that DR will be suspended for a sizeable chunk of the season, do they move Neal back to WR since he played a lot at that position last year?

I know Neal has proven himself as the #1 back, but I think Young and Lane would be able to carry the load and would be pretty solid. They both have in-game experience from last year as well..

I know part of this decision would depend on how well CP does early on..

Thoughts?

No no and more no. Neal is tearing it up at RB. No way the coaches move him now.

What from last season makes you think that?

Threads are getting dumber and dumber as the day progresses.

Neal is currently our best RB. Why mess that up? We still have good options at WR.

Lane showed flashes last year and was still not 100% from knee surgery.. did you miss some of his nifty runs??

And there's a reason Young is the #2 guy - he's been ballin in spring/fall by all accounts..

BTW, I didnt say I think this was a good idea, I was just throwing it out there for discussion.

no need to get your panties in a wad geez

?? not sure i'm sold on that.. Have you seen the 2-deep? a true freshman with zero experience and zach stone-hands rogers. that doesn't exactly give me confidence in the WR corp

I understand where you are coming from but don't think it will happen.

If the run game works then it lightens the burden on the WR's.

Sickening situation. Hope some of those other guys have their straps tight.
