Want a good laugh for the day? Read through this thread. Some of their fans are expecting them to beat us 42-3.

State-Tenn game


Tenn is no more than 10th in their conf. UK and Miss were the only other SEC teams to not be ranked. Wasnt Vandy and Memphis ranked? NCSt is no worse than 4th in the ACC. It won't be a close game, it will be a blow out.

Man, I'm counting the days. I have a really strong feeling we are going to blow out Tennessee. Glennon is going to have a huge game, and our defense is going to smother their offense. I'm predicting something like 42-3

They've never been good before so they have no idea how to handle having a decent team. Let the kids dream.

Proves he has zero credibility and has no clue what he's talking about. Comparing the ACC to the SEC is like comparing the NFL to arena league.

I made a comparison to Cincinnati. A few very good players but beyond that, not much. They will probably keep it close for a while but after that, it'll be over. Fair or no?

Let's worry about getting the W first. Kinda worries me 90% of our fan base thinks they're a HS team. Opening games against good competition can be tricky...plus the ACC has done some bad things to us in that building (VT, Clemson, Maryland, etc).

You can tell that he has literally done NO research on Tennessee whatsoever. Pretty typical for the average fan.

I don't think anybody thinks they're a high school team. I expect it to be a good game. They have some talent, but we have more.

Looks like our message board. If trolls came on here for the first time one wouldn't know we just came off a 5-7 season. They have hope just like we have. If they happen to win it won't be by 5 TDs, at least I hope not.
