Not to put the cart before the horse, but Rupp Arena is a 1st/2nd Round tournament site this year. The way things are going, both the Vols and Auburn could end up there. Tickets on the secondary sites are pretty reasonable right now if anyone wants to go ahead and secure them. I have mine.

Raleigh is pretty close too...that doesn't seem like a big gamble?

If we remain on the 1 line, we are a lock for Lexington, which is half the distance from campus that Raleigh is. If we slide to a 2, it will depend upon who is ahead of us (Auburn, Alabama, & Florida could all be in the mix).

Yes, it could happen because they will likely be in different regions for sweet 16. Or Bama. Or UK

May I suggest we don't do a big pregame ruckus about a Rupp "takeover".
Do the lead up "a bit more silently" and the in game "a bit more noisy"
We would have more than 50% of the crowd. I was in Louisville for the regionals in 2019 and we solidly had 50%-60% of the crowd then.

As it stands now, you've got Duke obviously in line for Raleigh. Then you have Tennessee, Auburn, and Alabama fighting for Lexington. Theoretically, 2 of them will get Lexington and the 3rd will be fighting Florida for the 2nd Raleigh slot. But who knows where things will stand after the blood bath of the SEC regular season takes place?
