The things that bug me in the ps2 version are as follows:

-hardly any new features

-the increased amount of turnovers

-crazy amount of dropped passes

-glitches(anybody had this problem? i get a roughing the passer call that goes my way, so you'd think i'd be glad to get a free 15 yards. my qb, for some reason, gets pissed and starts yelling in the refs face so, as a result, I get an unsportsmanlike penalty which negates roughing the passer call!)

-the absolute worst thing in this game ,though, are the penalties. who had the idea that upping the dosage of flags thrown in the game by 80% was a good one? the roughing the passer call, in particular, has become the most annoying thing on this game.

That's totally bizarre. I'm playing with the PS2 version. I'm in the middle of my second season in Dynasty mode, and I haven't had any of the problems that you're reporting.

In a season and a half, I've had probably four roughing the passer penalties called against the opposing team and three called on my team. That seems more than reasonable to me.

maybe in dynasty mode its somehow different. i havent even started a dynasty yet, and have been spending most of my time playing online for the past few days. all i know is i've had a few games where i get screwed over by this kinda stuff happening. then again it prolly depends on what kind of offense you run. if you run the ball the whole game, then your probably not gonna have many roughing the passer calls. i recently played a game running the option the entire time and i actually think the game was penalty free.

I pass about 60% of the time, so that's not the issue.

I have a question, I havent bought NCAA 08 yet, last year on 07 almost every game at Neyland 90% of the crowd had white on. It did not look like the realistic sea of orange we have come to know, instead it looked like Penn st's white out crowd. My question is does the crowd actually look like Tennessee fans on NCAA 08?

The problem I have the few times I have played it (besides turnovers) is how the QB bullets every single pass. Its hard to get him to lob the ball up in the air like on previous games. Nevertheless, its still better than 07

Couldn't agree more. I played against my brother becasue he has a PS3 and I threw like 4 ints because my f-ing qb wouldn't lob the ball.

I have always been more of a bullet passer myself. My lobs used to get picked left and right...
