NCAA Basketball 09 Music Question

Someone posted on VN that you can add your own music to the NCAA Football 09 game. He was going to get his game to play Rocky Top after his TDs.

Can this be done for the basketball game?
I am new to PS3. It seemed like every game on the old Sega Genesis had a fetish with playing Down the Field and not Rocky Top. Perhaps EA could not get the rights to use it, or perhaps the song was too complicated to program.

This is my first PS3 game, and, apparently, nothing has changed through the years with the music. I heard Down the Field throughout the basketball game at TBA.

One an unrelated weird note, the game opens with you warming up as Kevin Love on an outdoor court on UNC's campus. It's a pretty shot of UNC, but what is Kevin Love doing there? It's cool that you get to shoot around while the game loads up, but then the outdoor court at UNC morphs into TBA (or wherever you're playing), and now Kevin Love is warming up to the delight of UT fans and Smokey cheering his every move. That's just weird.

1) I think it's supposed to be UCLA

2) The game play on this game is awful.

It's UNC's campus. I have drunk out of that water fountain before.
However, the Dean Dome and the fountain are on opposite sides of campus. And, the court does not exist there - that probably wasn't the point though.

As for the game play, I just jumped from Genesis to PS3, so I wouldn't know better regarding the gameplay.
I beat Siena last night in the Old Spice. It looked like fans in green were on their feet when I dunked off the press.

In general, the fans are weird. It's sold out, and they're going nuts at all times, regardless of the opponent.

I used a Y-connector to put audio from the PS3 into a single input. I ran a CD into the other input to "mix" in some Rocky Top. It's still highly annoying that other schools' fans get to hear their favorite songs on the game, and we never get Rocky Top.

If anybody has advice on uploading rosters, I'd greatly appreciate it. It's been a struggle.

I also noticed that Ted Valentine must be the lead official, as the officiating in NCAA Basketball 09 is wildly inconsistent. The game is usually called the same for both teams, but they will call charges on obvious blocking fouls. That is just odd - it seems like a video game would be programmed to react properly. And, obvious charges are often no-calls.

You can send me a friend request and download them online from my EA Locker. I used OperationSports' base roster and then researched and named the classic teams myself.

I got rosters from "ncaaStrategies."
It might be the same file you used. He added Childress and Steven Pearl to our roster. He did the more recent classic teams and a few players from the older teams. If you have all of the older teams, yeah, I'd love to have it. I am ukvol.

I hate the fact that we can't use our custom playbooks when playing online.

Thanks! I love the rosters.

New question: I occasionally hear the sound of a phone ringing but not while playing a game. Does this sound indicate a Rival Challenge, and if so, how do I answer it?

I don't play much Dynasty, but I think that sound means you have a new e-mail on your coach PDA.
