“When they offered me, I didn’t take it lightly and I knew I wanted to take that visit just to see how it was,” said Blackwell, who’s ranked the No. 83 overall prospect and No. 14 wide receiver in the 2020 class, according to the industry-generated 247Sports Composite.

“Now I’m going to start taking it more seriously and look a little more into it, maybe take another visit here soon.”

"The atmosphere was great. I loved the fans. It was pretty much a packed house, and nobody left ‘til the end of the game. Overall, it was just a great thing for me to see."

“I’ve never really been in an atmosphere that loud, honestly, with that many people — so many fans that were just so into the game and just supporting their team. Honestly, it was something that I loved to see.”

“Of course, a lot of people like to play in the SEC, and just being in a powerhouse like that, I think it would be special,” Blackwell said. “It’d be great to play there, just because of who Tennessee is. But, I mean, I just feel like it’s a great school overall.
