Big frame kid that hasn't filled out yet. He could easily carry 320lbs of good weight. Love to land this guy. We own NC. Dont want to let the Heels get any traction in their home state.

I can't imagine choosing to play at UNC after an OV at Tennessee unless he just doesnt want to leave home. The programs and facilities are not close. Carolina is and will be a hoops school

We mentioned North Carolina offensive tackle J.B. Shabazz in last week’s War Room, and while he has not made his way to campus in Knoxville since Tennessee offered in February, he told us earlier in the week that he is planning to take an official to Rocky Top the weekend of June 13th. Glen Elarbee checked on him last week, and we continue to believe Shabazz is high on the Vols.

Yes, you take any highly ranks OTs you can get, if need be you can move one to IOL if they don’t pan out at OT.

I think if we’re prioritizing Shabazz we can land him, but I’m not sure how our OL board looks. We have Blair over this kid? We planning on making a play for Gray? Too many unknowns

We only took 3 last year. I could see us taking 5 this year.

I think Gray is a gamecock. I mean, if he wants in you make room. But feels like a pipe dream.

Smiths kid feels like a “we’re gonna be at 105 soon so let’s take some local loyal projects who will take years to develop” type. Formerly PWO types. Similar to the legacy safety we took.
