Tyler Baron was ideal. Big enough to play against the run but also quick enough to be an effective pass rusher. Loved Tyre West, thought he was our best SDE for the past 2 years and should have played more. The mix between the 2 would be great.Give me more Tyre West SDE guys and u have a winner.
Can’t replace that motor/effort and believe he is closer to 290.

Wonder what body type Knowles prefers at all positions.
So we would need to bring in different dudes for the his scheme.I've been looking into that
His LDE and RDE are the same size. He wants one space easter at NT and an active DT beside him at 300 lbs I can get down with that.
Back in 2010- 2020 the 3-4 Defense was everything! You had 3 gap DTs basically and two long SDE/OLB on teach outside with two mobile LBs in the middle. Knowles defense seems geared to stop the run
Oddly enough I think our last 2 recruiting classes fit what Knowles like from a body type standpoint for the defensive end positions. Most of those kids are already 260.I've been looking into that

We will need to get some grown men at the DT spot from the portal. I've always like the Big O body type. 6'4 320 with nibble feet.
He plays 2 LEOs at the same time frequently. Much more than Banks did.I've been looking into that
