Watched the Boston game. Even though Grant only had 4 points, he had a really nice game. Boston announcers bragged on him several times. He played 22 minutes including all but about 3 minutes of the 4th quarter. Was in when Boston made their run in the 4th to take lead for good. Just a real smart player and is a great fit for Boston

What's nice, too, along with this new experience of watching VFLs starring in the NBA, will be watching these new UT phenoms as they develop into NBA stars. Let's always let Coach Barnes know how much we appreciate what he's done and is doing for UT basketball.

Grant may not be filling up the stat sheet yet, but I follow most Boston beat writers on twitter and they've been glowing about Grant through two games. He is quickly becoming a team favorite. Even nat'l writers saying that Grant is a huge reason why the Celtics locker room is so much closer and care free. The dude just gets it and is an awesome person to boot. He's going to have a long career in the NBA.

P.S. It's also nice to see Admiral scoring a bit and providing some offense. He's in a good situation. I thought for sure he'd start in the G-League but with how bad that roster is he's getting his chance early and so far contributing pretty well. Hopefully he continues to improve and get more minutes.

I don’t know if this happened but the idea of Grant bringing Settlers of Catan to a room full of NBA millionaires makes me chuckle.

If that does happen, I'm doubting it will be anytime soon. Have you heard the uptick of chatter concerning sleep deprivation in the NBA? It's being at least somewhat spearheaded by Tobias.
