Rather than bumping team threads during live games, figured it would just be easier to have one big game thread. Not a lot of interaction in team threads outside of the Grizzlies. So if I see people commenting here, it'll give me a heads up that there might be a game worth flipping on.

Anybody watch the Lakers/Heat game? Lakers were not going to be denied. They've been looking good lately.

Looking forward to the Bulls and Sixers. Starts in a few minutes. The Sixers have been pretty cruddy since Spencer Hawes went down. Still think they could make it a game against the Bulls.

Pulling for the Sixers even though they're the 4th seed behind the Pacers at the moment and the Pacers have virtually no shot of overtaking the Bulls. Gotta pull against the division foe with the number one record. Pacers play the Bulls tomorrow night... I fear the worst.

26-24 Bulls after one.

I don't know why but I like Iggy a lot. Thadeus Young seems like a good dude too.

And Vucevic has been looking like a steal with some of the flashes he has shown. The opposite could be said for Evan Turner, I'm not sure about that pick. It's amazing to me that Jodie Meeks starts over him. Sixers should really give him more playing time.

CJ Waston just got stuffed hard by Lou Williams or Jrue Holiday.

Elton Brand had a sick block on Noah in the final minute of the half.

46-40 Sixers at the half. Looks like this could be a good one

64-64 at the end of three.

Damn Derrick Rose hitting buzzer beaters to end the 2nd and 3rd.

Yowza.

Bulls went on a run to go up 81-68 with 7 minutes to play. With 5 minutes to play, Sixers have cut it to 82-78.

Also, just saw Deron Williams scored 57 while making 21/21 free throws. Insane day for Deron and Rondo. Rose has 33 at the moment as well. Day of the point guards I guess

Good game, Sixers had like four or five attempts to tie it in the final two minutes. Too bad the Bulls pulled it out, but at least it helps the Pacers. Hopefully Indy can take them down tomorrow night.

Final score 96-91 Bulls

Good idea for the thread.

Spurs vs Nuggets right now. Faried is an absolute beast*. Dude has only appeared in 18 games @ 18 minutes per, this season. Even a coach like George Karl can't recognize talent right under his nose.

Per 36: 16 pp, 13rp, 1 sp, 2 bp, .607 TS%

I'm wanting NBaker's take on Kobe's performance.

I'm wanting NBaker's take on Kobe's performance.

Good performance. He scored 33 very efficiently, but didn't do much more than that (3 boards, 1 assist, 0 steals, 0 blocks, 3 turnovers).

The Heat are really struggling on the boards without Bosh.

You know it's a slow news day when this is on the front page of ESPN: Rose ready to shut down Pacers' celebration.

I find it ironic that the Pacers celebrated after a road win and it rubbed the Bulls the wrong way. In the meantime, their teammate Noah celebrates after every other play he makes. He said it himself, "When people talk about celebration I just feel like, 'You're not going to out-celebrate me.' Roy Hibbert cannot out-celebrate me. So if they want to see some celebration when we win, I can show them some celebration ... I know how to celebrate". Pretty hypocritical of the Bulls to be upset about the Pacers celebrating. Indiana's head coach said it was no different than the celebrations they have after every road win. If it works, good for them.

Looks like the rivalry is back. Pacers played them really physical in the playoffs last year and despite the number one record in the NBA, the Bulls really want to beat the Pacers. Indiana really wants to beat them too.

Hopefully the Pacers don't let me down with a dud, it's going to be intense.

Pacers and Bulls are tied for the longest current winning streak in the NBA. They've both won 6 in a row.

And Bulls just announced the Pacers lineup while playing the 'Imperial March' from Star Wars.

Game better be awesome.

Hibbert called for two fouls in the first 3:49 of the game without even doing anything to warrant them. Guess they're going to have to win with the refs against them.

Well this is probably over. Bulls made five consecutive 3's to go up by 18. Ridiculous

Glad the Pacers are up 23 going into the 4th quarter. Refs had been keeping the Blazers within 10. Blazers 32 ft attempts to Pacers 13.
