Via the NBA's Twitter page:

12 PM ET: Boston at New York (TNT)
2:30 PM ET: Miami at Dallas (ABC)
5 PM ET: Chicago at Los Angeles Lakers (ABC)
8 PM ET: Orlando at Oklahoma City (ESPN)
10:30 PM ET: Los Angeles Clippers at Golden State (ESPN)

Outstanding schedule, to say the least.

Looks like me and my dad are going to be bugging the hell out of each other.

Talk about the best Christmas present you can get if you're an NBA fan. I usually don't watch that much basketball on Christmas day, but it's going to be tough to pull myself away from the TV from noon-10:30 PM.

Can't wait to see my heat Crush the Mavs, followed by the Bears getting murdered by my pack!!! It's going to be hard to keep away from the tv on Christmas day for sure. "dinners ready." "no mum I'm watching the game!"

No offense, but you sound like one of those bandwagon fans we keep hearing about.

Pretty sure he's from the UK and just randomly picked his favorite teams. I have a friend that I think just picked the best teams in 1998 and stuck with them.

Not really "bandwagon" in the long haul.

Hard not to like that 97-98 Miami roster though. Zo, Jamal Mashburn, Tim Hardaway, and in the shortest stint of his career, THE Brent Barry.

True. I'm really not a fan of the whole "true/better fan" crap, but my friends that stayed Cavs fans post-LeBron get much more respect from me than the ones that are now huge Heat fans.

Let's go Knicks

+1

Probably the only time I'll pull for the Knicks but I do not like Boston sports.

To be fair, I don't like New York sports either. At least they have the Giants though. -- We'll disagree on that one with you being a Skins fan. :p

Just about to tune in but the box score shows R. Rondo 7 Pts, 1 Ast, 2 Stl in 5 minutes. Insane

Growing up in NY, I'll pull for most NY teams, minus the Giants(unless they're playing the Jets). I loathe everything Boston

Starting to worry about the NBA becoming a point guard dominated league. I know Chalmers played the point for the Heat but Lebron and even Wade took the ball down the floor and set up plays for the most part. Rose in Chicago. Westbrook in Oklahoma. Even Jason Kidd despite his age averaging 7-8 assists during the season/postseason, 4.5 rebounds and knocking down clutch 3's. Steve Nash with a couple MVP's. Hopefully Darren Collison or George Hill can up their game this season because it appears it's becoming increasingly harder to win with an average point guard. I suppose the Lakers won with Fisher but he knocked down big shots and again, Kobe took the ball down court and set up plays a lot of the times anyways. It's becoming a must to have a player that can run the point at a high level. Never would have thought if you had quality shooters and dominant big men down low. You don't have to be that great if you have Dirk, Terry, Duncan, Manu, Kobe, Shaq, KG, Pierce etc. Feed them the ball and let them go to work. Now PG's are doing all the work. It helps that they can just drive and jump into people for foul calls. Not a fan of that but it is what it is
