Well since there is no NCAA 2K9, coupled with the fact that I think the EA NCAA game is garbage....
I picked up NBA 2K9 and was pleasantly surprised. The graphics are fantastic and the game is a lot of fun. The Association mode (Legacy mode) is very deep.
There are some control issues as far as players sometimes not responding how you would like them to, but other than that I would recommend it.
