Navy flier for A&M game

I posted this picture in the back of another thread, but I thought it deserved a chance for all of Volnation to see it. One of the F-18 pilots from the game was wearing Big Orange under his flight suit. They were from VX-9, one of my colleagues old squadrons. I was hoping to do the flyover with my Corpus Christi squadron and show off my Tennessee helmet at the game, but they beat us to the punch. Plus they have way cooler aircraft anyway.

Apparently, Capt. Jones is also a former DB for the Vols and a member of the 1985 SEC Championship team.

So slight switcharoo here, but I'm a Navy flight surgeon in Corpus Christi, TX. I take care of the pilots and they let me go flying with them. The paraloft at this command is really talented with tape, and they did this to my previously unadorned flight helmet. Nobody's gonna mistake me on the flight line down here! Hope Ya'll like it

Since you asked, here's some pics from my squadron, which is a training command that teaches new Navy Aviators to fly in the T-6B Texan II. A cool plane to be sure, but it's no Super Hornet.
