Tennessee head women's basketball coach Holly Warlick has announced that Mercedes Russell and Jannah Tucker, the No. 1 and No. 8 rated players in the 2013 HoopGurlz Recruiting Rankings - ESPNU 100, have signed National Letters of Intent and SEC Financial Aid Agreements and are officially Lady Volunteers.
