why is it that they take a week off so soon after getting started? always seems a little soon. oh well. hopefully Vegas will be better than Fontana. man that was boring. i guess after the shootout and speed week at Daytona we need a week of blah to calm ourselves of the excitment of nascar being back on. :rock:

If they're going to have conescutive races in California and Las Vegas, they pretty much have to have a week off, it'd be hard to go back to NC then all the way back out to the West Coast in 4 or 5 days' time.

That and the Busch Series going down to Mexico this weekend, and that is a big event for some reason. I give that another year or two before it's shot down.
