Patch coming out for the newest one and they have said they are not releasing one in '13, just providing a DLC with the new schemes and making some improvements to the game.

Hmm, seems like a great move. Now only if EA would do the same with their football franchises. I don't understand why more developers don't do this. We all know how rushed a lot of games are requiring patch after patch after patch. Probably because they wouldn't get $60 a pop each year for a annual release.

Why would you only have a release every other year? Makes absolutely no sense when you think about revenue that they would lose. Until the game shows terrible sales to where they are losing money, I dont think they will ever go to a two year dev cycle.

I never did like the online play for this game. If you tried bump drafting, your partner would go spinning. I was almost addicted to NASCAR 09. The online play on there was spectacular when you raced with the right people.
