Name your biggest complaint from this season

The fact our only notable win was Florida in the swamp. That was great and I’m glad we finally broke the curse, but this season in the end was just a nothing burger with nothing to show for it.

Even just one big win would’ve made this season all the more satisfying. But the only team with a winning record that we beat was ETSU.

The gameday experience is obnoxious now. Everything fun and unique about going to a game has been pushed out or replaced with this company or that company looking to stick their hand between me and the game, with the school's blessing of course. Hell they're gonna build a hotel between us and the river, they're so into monetizing us. And replacing the Pride of the Southland with Joker and the Thief? STOP THAT CRAP. Stop it now. I'm sorry you think so little of the Pride and of the fans that you feel you have to play that stupid Joker song on every kickoff, or some other idiotic canned music after every play. I'm sorry you think so little of people's investment and pride in their local school that you feel the need to stuff the gameday experience full of the same crap I could experience at ANY NFL stadium every Sunday.

Oh, you meant on the field? I just miss being aggressive and creative on offense. More pre-snap motion, more putting the secondary into bad positions to make even worse choices against us. 2021 and 2022 Tennessee made a lot of cornerbacks and safeties look foolish ... but we seem uncertain and hesitant now sometimes. I don't even know if I'm complaining, I just - I miss when we would score and score and score and just keep on scoring. I understand to some degree why we don't, but I miss it. I miss those blistering scores. After 20 years of ineptitude it was cathartic and I wasn't done catharting. So.

Doesn’t have to be an on-field complaint. No firm criteria. All complaints welcome!

As always, ignorant fans take the enjoyment out of anything. Just miserable all the way around. I can't imagine how they react in everyday life. No wonder so many minor incidents turn into shootings, people are irrational.
We get to watch vols football from August through December....January if we're lucky. Expectations are good, but to crash out after a loss is crazy.

No firm criteria.

Personally mine would be in-game and clock management issues from Heupel. However, plenty of good choices out there for this
Mine is Heupel in general. He’s the leader and this team, as a whole, didn’t improve, regressed in areas, and lacked a killer instinct. I think he mismanaged the Nico and Boo deal. As you pointed out, his clock management was abysmal. I think he’s done a poor job with his staff and has failed to upgrade when opportunities presented. Losing against Vandy wasn’t unexpected, but getting outscored 24-3 in the 2nd half in your own stadium to end the year?? Inexcusable.

Banks' defense. 134th out of 136th in the nation at giving up TDs in the redzone while playing bend but don't break defense is the worst possible combination you can have, because bend but don't break often results in teams making the red zone.

One half offense. We either start slow and finish fast or start fast and finish slow. We haven't played many complete games of football. Defense is either all or nothing. If he would correct the defense we could live with the offense because they do out up points but I would like to see a more complete offense that'll play all four quarters.

We are a program that doesn’t know how to win nor do we have any alphas who will us to win. Look at all the close games UGA had this year, in the end, they figured a way to score 1 more point than the team they played.

Issues I have that are a direct issue with coaching:

* Overall categorial defensive regression
* DBs still out of position
* Best DBs have been transfers in
* S&C issues - way too many injuries and speed/strength aren't SEC-class

Beyond the above - Aguilar's comment about a lack of intensity during practices carrying over into game was pretty damning. I don't think he's just running his mouth - I think it's obvious that we took the field and were completely out-hustled by Vandy. They looked significantly faster than we did.

Biggest complaint? Banks was hired as DC in the first place, William Inge and Elarbee still have a job, Heupel doesn't say anything to players when they screw up, Heupel doesn't stand up to the refs when he needs to, team is soft as crap, Heupel can't manage clock... I could go on, but that's enough for now

What Joey Aguilar said, which I believe is true, should Anger Every Tennessee fan!!!
