successful NFL head coaches in the last 25 years that have moved down to the college level and been a success. Success defined as 10-11 win seasons at a division I program and/or appearances in BCS. (you can not include Saban or Spurrier as they were successful college coaches that flopped in the NFL and came back)
I can think of two:
1) Pete Carroll (but left w/ NCAA violations)
2) that guy from Hawaii but he coached at Hawaii...
