even in our wins, im just so frustrated. Run up middle, run up middle, swing pass or short dumpoff short of the marker, punt... rinse repeat. Every damn week, same damn plays.

Big time programs and programs that truly strive to be, would never hire a has been like him, but since he is Butch's friend he will be defended by some.

Can anyone tell me what our starting Oline looked like today? It was not the same one we've had for the last 3 games that oline today was a mash unit and it could not hold together against the best front 7 in the country

My post was more about Butch Jones continuing to run the RPO with very little option to it. This isn't Debords offense it is Jones. Kamara sets a UT record and we take touches away from him, Dobbs had how many designed runs?? I love this team but our game plan and scheme suck more often than they don't.

This offense could be lethal...but the OC has got to put it together against the other DC and their personal. DeBord shouldn't get an extension....time to upgrade just like we did on defense. Going to be lots of talent on this offensive side of the ball...just need a better OC to play chess for us.

No matter how many could be worse, this O is an absolute joke and needs to be dumped or cbj needs hire an OC that knows how to do more than run the absolute basics of the read option. i don't care if this is butch or debords O it is run at a peewee league level and cbj needs to bring in an OC that can run it and knows how to actually use it to spread out and pick apart defenses.
Debord is too old to care that football has passed his 5 play playbook and CBJ apparently thinks creativity is a bad thing and refuses to go beyond what his read option for dummies chart tells him.

You left out let Alabama's D-line pin their ears back and come after Dobbs after two stupid runs. Third and long. I wonder what is Alabama gonna do? Get after Dobbs. :eek:hmy: While we are talking about this, we will not get any big time recievers running this offence. We need to go to pro style that will help these kids get to the NFL sooner. I am glad Hurd came here. But he is wasting his time in this offence, if he was in a offence with a full back he would be the top back in the country.
