Just thought I'd share a few pics from my sons first game. It was the first game in 99 and that game happen to fall on his 1st bday so we took him to the game on Sat. and had the party on Sunday. I don't remember him crying or causing any problems except for falling asleep with a few minutes to go in the 4th. We were friends with several of the season ticket holders around us so they enjoyed getting to see him.

Sorry for the quality, didn't have a digital camera back in 99 so I had to use my p.o.s. scanner.

Great shots of the little man enjoying his first game. I'm sure he'll like to see those when he's enrolling as a Freshman.

He looks like he's wearing down in the later pictures. Kind of like our defense on Saturday.

Great pics. As already stated enjoy each and every moment. It seems like yesterday my son and I were in the yard tossing touchdown passes against Miami in the Sugar Bowl, he was 5 at the time. Now we are drinking beer, wearing orange, cursing the bad plays, cheering the good, and watching the Sugar Vols on DVD.

Thanks everybody..and yes they do grow up quick, it seems like we were at that game yesterday. He's 9 now, in the 4th and just made honor roll again. We were watching a ball game Sunday and one of those "man trouble" commercials can on. Of course he had to ask me what erectile dysfunction is :unsure::no: All I could say is "Hopefully something daddy doesn't need anytime soon"

Can he cover a reciever and make an open field tackle? We have a L.O.I. for him if he can.

Can he cover a reciever and make an open field tackle?

He's kinda small and favors himself as a QB. He can't go to deep yet but keeps a tight spiral (youth size ball) most of the time. He's a really good little baseball player, puts the ball in play 9 outta 10 times, GREAT fielder and and throws the ball on a line. He has to move up to kids pitch next season so we've been living at the batting cages.

Todd Helton has done pretty well playing both sports for the Vols. Although the Rockies have not gotten off to a good start. There is not anything in this world more important than our children. I hope the two of you are always close. Tell him to keep working hard and most of all, at his age, keep it fun!

Very cute pictures, turn3. Thanks for sharing.

I love the one where he is younger and it looks like he is signaling TD.
