I sure hope you meant the score on the left because if we cant beat anybody else we will not beat Georgia.

I heard there was a controversy about the water in Chattanooga, but drinking too much of it is just ridiculous.

Is that why all the kids in Middle school are under 4-foot tall?

I agree 100%, 11-1 loss coming to either Aub or Ga....10-2 if we can't get FL at home....that determines whether we go to ATL or not.

I'm going to go out on a limb and predict that the niu score is just a bit closer...

Well, I think it's a toss up with FL., GA. and Bama. Those are really the only games im worried about. Bama, not so much, but for some reason you just can't discount them as a auto. win. Don't get me wrong, I would LOVE to see 11-1. Oh yeah...add AUBURN to that list also.

A 2-3 loss season is more realistic with the teams we're going up against this year.

10-2 we get a bcs at large bid. Illinois had 3 losses in the BIG TEN and went to the rose bowl, so 10-2 gets you an at-large probably orange or fiesta.

I would add AU as a toss up as well

I think you forgot the fact that OSU was in the NC game, and the Rose Bowl had to take a Big 10 team. I'm almost positive this is the case. If not, someone can jump in.

Afaik you are correct...also, if your ranked high enough at the beginning of the season you ca afford more losses and still have a shot at the bcs-especially with all of the pub that the s.e.c. Is getting this year.

Now if an Sec team other than Tenn made the NC game again, and we had the second best overall record in the conference than that's certainly reasonable.

The Rose Bowl didn't HAVE to take a Big 10 team, their insistence on archaic tradition compelled them to.

And 10-2 does not mean a BCS bid. Ask the 2003 Vols. Of course, with the 5th BCS bowl, I guess it makes it a bit more likely.
