I’m tired of watching players and coaches who have no desire or heart to play the game. I watched this team quit...again! It’s becoming a common occurrence for this team. I can handle a loss when I feel they were giving it their best. But just quitting like they did...unacceptable! So until these “boys” decide they are going to grow up and start working as a team and decide they are going to have a little pride in themselves, their university, and their team, then I refuse to wear any orange or anything with UT on it. I will attend the game, but show nothing but contempt for the individual who has no desire to do their best. I’m not saying anyone should follow my example, but there needs to be a clear message from the fan base that we will no longer accept anything but their best. If you don’t want to be there as a player or coach, then find something else to do on Saturday! No more tolerance for mediocre or half-attempt play. Win or lose I’ll be behind the players giving their all (Eric Gray comes to my mind for his hustle last week). But the players and coaches who have no pride in themselves or their team...no tolerance.

So...cancel the orange hat
but still attend games?

I would rather die than have someone confuse me with a bama fan this week.

NO leadership what so ever, it starts with the HC, but it’s on the players as well

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: the best way to get the message across is to not show up and not watch the games. Coaches and administrators can say they know more about football than the fans... but we know $$$ is the language everyone speaks!

Big money comes from the TV package.
I am not sure 25,000 fans getting piss drunk on $12.00 beers shows much profit.

Tell that to prior coaches who had low home attendance.

This year, revenues are a lot smaller. Normal years, not so much.

I think towards the end of Dooley's run he was getting 80k average.

That's 25k not coming. If tickets were $20 average then that equals 500k.

Add on the concessions and that's good money.

Don't act like home attendance doesn't matter.

I do not think you make much money at 25k.
That is the limit now. In 2020.
The past is the past and it don't pay bills.

Lol. Yeah, I'm sure the AD is planning budgets around 25k attendance for the future.

You do know businesses plan for the future?

Not sure I've ever met someone so dense.
