Y'all have convinced me...stopping at the butcher Thursday to pick up 3 or 4 slabs of pork ribs for some 3hr ribs.

Start em in the oven, finish em on the grill.

Yah, but then you're gonna wanna boat race Bama the week after, because it's the Third Saturday in October.

And then you'll want to boat race Kentucky because, well, they're like a pissant little brother who just needs his ears boxed at least once a year.

And then of course you'll want to boat race Oklahoma as payback for 2015.

And later you'll want to boat race Florida in the Swamp because all those Spurrier years still smell like year-old cheese.

All fine sentiments, of course, and I agree entirely. Just saying, there will be no end to the fervent desires for boat racin' round here.
