What about McCollum as the new OC. His HC job is in jeopardy. He is the co-OC there and it seems MTSU always has a pretty good offense year in and out.

That's another really great pick. I strongly suggest you might want to find out about this guy before wanting him. He's from my neck of the woods having gone to Marietta HS in Marietta, Ga and it is claimed that he likes to party and be one of the boys with his players at MTSU and that is why his program is in trouble. If that is true then you certainly don't want him on your staff, besides, he screwed CF over once and I don't believe Phil would ever take him back on his staff.
