Just like any other job, there should be growth. You learn how to do it well.I don't understand how someone turns into a great recruiter. Feel like it's a trait that you either have or you don't. Kind of like leadership.
I imagine with the revenue sharing, the classes will ebb and flow based on where the money needs to go.
But I am also guessing that there signs very early (even as an analyst) that he had recruiting talent. He's barely missed on other big ones.
