Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

they gonna show Tennessee how we do things in the ACC!
He means like looking forward to basketball season before the end of September.
This is also a player that absolutely will not play for Syracuse except maybe kickoff coverage lol

Their starting LBs feature one dude that you can see is very slow in every game you flip on (Derek Mcdonald)

And one FCS transfer playing his first game against a true high level team lol (Gary Bryant)

It's a line of scrimmage game, those teams were elite at the LOS. Fact is is that there are many more good running backs than there are good quarterbacks. And a good quarterback covers a multitude of sins. Once again economics explains it, who are the highest paid players in the league? QBs, Offensive Tackles, and Edge Rushers. It is rare that a Running Back is taken in the first round of the draft, why?
You confuse the NFL and College.
Average NFL QB’s rarely win Superbowls .

You just posted , “ it’s a line of scrimmage game “ which is correct and contradicts your previous statement of QB’s are #1 on the list of importance.
To my point elite players win championships, regardless of position.
To brush off not landing the #1 RB in the class and saying we can be just as good with a stable of 3 stars is false.

No, but he is getting paid more and playing better in the league than Hyatt is. Also let’s just be honest with ourselves, Marvin Harrison Jr was the best receiver in college football that year, and it really wasn’t close. Their numbers were just too close together for Hyatt not to win it after putting up a historical game against Bama. Hyatt wasn’t the best receiver in college football that season though. Hell I remember seeing people on here entertain the idea that Squirrel would end up as the better receiver because he had more wiggle and Hyatt was a 1 trick pony for the most part 😂
What’s happening in the NFL is irrelevant. Hyatt was better than he was in college. That’s a fact.

Well I go to all home and many road games and I never see Mister and Miss Howell there. More like the beer and likker crowd.
I really want to go to the Foreigner concert in Knoxville and then take in the Georgia game the next day. But I 'hesitate' to spend $380 for the game ticket.

$500,000 per year???? That’s it?? Hahahaha oh my god South Carolina actually accepted terms that treat them the same as like a large Texas high school, maybe even worse. Wow.

**** like this makes me glad we did switch, even though I dont care for Adidas. This is just unbelievably disrespectful lol, even for a "never was" program like South Carolina.

How awesome is it that this comes out right after our Adidas deal and just illustrates the massive difference between the two programs. That's a deal you take out of desperation...it does almost nothing outside of supplying equipment.

20mil per year vs 500k per year.

And yet, these dip****s think our programs are equal.

Not now. Not ever.
