MRI dated Oct 19? Was this planned?

Did the Boos plan the exit or was the writing on the wall? Had Boo screwed up so bad that he knew it was coming or was this a ploy to get out of a bad pee test? As an employer I have seen crazy schemes acted out to cover for a hot test.
