it'll never be considered one of the best baseball movies ever made, but it's serviceable. Much better than the 3rd installment of the Major League franchise or the sappy Angels in the Outfield.

ML3 was like a ABC movie of the week, all it needed as a cameo by Tori Spelling.

and yes, i do need to step up my game, nobody wants a slow infield grounder as their 3000th..

I watched it yesterday morning on FX, I believe. I've watched it a couple of times. Not the greatest movie I've ever watched, but it's better than a lot of stuff.
