Making your own? :)

I use Nero Wave Editor to cut my own ringtone and resample it. If you don't have that, I hear that most people use Audacity.

Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder

Just take an mp3 you already have, clip it down to about 27 seconds, resample it at ~22500 and you should have a clip that you can send to your phone via cable/bluetooth or possibly even e-mail to the phone via txt msg. Good luck! :)

So i got the Audacity- thanks - I have cut the track down but it won't let me save as an MP3...says I have to have LAME, got that but can't get it to work together...anyhelp?

I go there, it gives you a link to a website on which you can host mp3 files, then upload them onto the website. It sends you a text, open up the link on your phone and it will download.

Thanks milo - I got all the stuff rwermyss said and got it done- no I can make them myself. pretty easy too.

Did you get it to work then? I'm really no help on using LAME. Nero does all that for me.

What file type do you need? .mp3 or .wav? I can edit with MixMeister.
