Since I&#39;m pretty sure we all agree that we admire service-people however we feel about the organizations that direct them or particular reasons for deploying them-

We need a Stick-Post with directions for:

1. How to send care-packages to particular members who are service-people in harms way, and/ or to a "general fund" for "stranger service-people" we could send in our members&#39; names.

2. Updated info and/or Web-sites with info about what our service-people actually need or would like, and info about classic things us straights send that they don&#39;t actually need.



#2, real info from service-people about what they want & don&#39;t need, is something I haven&#39;t been able to find anywhere. Through another site I&#39;ve sent 2 packages to folks, and both times it turned out afterwards that I ended up including something that they either didn&#39;t need, or that were fairly available if they felt like buying it themselves...
