I am only able to get to a few games a year and always drop a nice dime or two at the bookstore on gameday. Just curious what the most was you guys ever spent there on a gameday weekend.

In reality, usually go at least once a year, but honestly hate trying to get around the place before a game, so don't buy much there...too much selection at other places...or at better times. Maybe $150 tops.

I'm always getting nervous for the game, and trying to squeeze around all the people standing in the middle of the aisle trying to figure out which way to go just frustrates the h..l out of me. Walmart on the day before Christmas always comes to mind.

Reality, I was one of the dumb..sses that decided at the car...Nah...I think we're good...and had to buy some while standing under the top section seats like a bunch of cattle.

$475, books are expensive

But for the actual question, I once spent about 500 (I buy all Christmas gifts there, my dad and uncles and cousins are easy!)

Usually anywhere from $50-$100. A couple years ago I took my girlfriend's son to the game with us. He was around 12. We went in the bookstore & got a few things then my cousin & I had a few beers. It was the Tennessee bud light bottles. I decided to stash a couple in my bookstore bag to take home & my gf's son saw me. We were walking in the game & next to go through the extensive security search & he yells out "you gonna take those beer bottles in the game!". Nobody heard or they pretended not to & all was good. I started to choke him & no petros for him.

bout tree fiddy.

Chef's Father: Ooh, it must have been about seven, eight years ago. Me and the little lady was out on this boat, you see, all alone at night, when all of the sudden this huge creature, this giant crustacean from the Paleolithic Era, comes out of the water.

Chef's Mother: We was so scared, Lord have mercy, I jumped up in the boat, and I said, "Thomas, Thomas, what on earth is that creature?"

Chef's Father:
It stood above us looking down with these big red eyes...

Chef's Mother: Oh, it was so scary!

Chef's Father: ...and I yelled, I said, "What do you want from us, monster?" And the monster bent down, and said, "I need about tree-fitty."

It has potential. Fizzes at the end. Probably should take that one back to the drawing board IMO

Notre Dame 1990 = cold as heck. Bought a bunch of "100 years of Volunteers" stuff. The winner of that game was going to #1. Would pay it again in a heart-beat to have a team like that.
