"Modicum" isn't so overused that you know how to spell it.

Actually words you don't hear in everyday conversations such as modicum really don't bother me.To me it just means a persons well read.

Actually words you don't hear in everyday conversations such as modicum really don't bother me.To me it just means a persons well read.

I will never begrudge a good vocabulary, nor would I ever call someone out for using "big words"
