Which defensive lineman, in your opinion, will be the workhorse for the group?

Maybe there will be several who step it up to an All-SEC level (we all hope, right?)

I voted Kongbo because I expect he will make a huge leap after a year in the system. Vickers I think people will sleep on, but don't doubt, that guy can play and its his SR year.

Vickers. I would vote Shy Tuttle but with his injuries, he still might see limited action. Hope I'm wrong though.

We've got four guys with all American potential if they're healthy (Phillips, Kongbo, Tuttle, and McKenzie).

DEs should be more productive than the DTs. No idea who is going to excel on the DL - there are too many question marks right now, especially with the younger guys like Philips & Taylor coming into their own. I think Taylor separates himself from the pack later this year and establishes himself as our most productive DE. I'm curious to see where this Bembry kid ends up - LB or DE? He's got elite speed for his size. Could be an early contributor.

Taylor and Vickers will both lead this group by example. I think Taylor's personality allows him to vocally lead more naturally than Vickers. But if both stay healthy, they'll be a two-headed alpha dog, each with a different appeal to different colleagues along the D line.

On the sideline, I can see one telling guys to get focused, the other telling guys on what to focus.

I hope to keep my anticipation from setting my expectations. Don't know what kind of results we'll see, but regarding the process... I think team 121 is going to be special and fun to watch & read about.

I voted for Taylor as I believe he will be a beast. But I hope KMac finally at least shows a flash of his immense talent and hype. Dude was flat out destroying dudes at the opening before he was a Vol. He has done very little since. I hope he and Tuttle can stay healthy and shore up the middle.

If Shy is healthy he will be the Alpha on our line. I expect big years from KMac, Kongbo, and Phillips too

I voted for Vickers cuz he is steady and dependable. But there are several others with much more potential and upside: KMac, Shy, D.Taylor, Kongbo, etc.

K-Mac and Vickers. Our line up looks good overall, but it comes down to performance. Wanna see some attitude and toughness.

I'm gonna go with Taylor. Kongbo has the highest upside, IMO, but Taylor has some serious speed off the edge.

I think true freshman Matt Butler will be the surprise of the D-line and get playing time and do well.

My pick too. Just hope Taylor, Phillips and Kongbo do enough to make him the 4th option until close to the end of the season
