Most memorable UT game you attended?

I was one of the few that attended the Baton Rouge game in 2005. It was on a MOnday night and there were NO UT fans there. You wouldn't believe how quiet that place got. Great time! One of the best wins of all time for the Vols.

Rick Clausen saved our bacon in that game...

Ricky looked great. That might have been the only time he ever looked good. To bad the rest of our season went to the toilet after that game.

Watching, Clint "I got paid off" Stoerner leave one on the turf for us at the end of the 4th Qtr on our way to a National title '98.

My top 5:

1. Tennessee @ Florida - December 2001
2. Tennessee vs. Florida 1998 - Al Wilson's one man wrecking crew
3. Tennessee vs. Arkansas 1998 - Stoerner's Fumble
4. Tennessee vs. Florida 2004 - Wilhoit's KICK!
5. Tennessee @ Miami 2003 - The reverse to end the half on 4th and goal, Taylor's fumbled punt!

98 Florida no contest.

The 99 game at Arkansas is very memorable for the opposite reason. It's soul crushing watching the other teams fans storm down around you and attacking the goal posts. Never will forget that feeling.

I have only been to 3 games at Neyland and two of them were great games. 2006 vs bama and 2007 vs uscjr.
When Lincoln shanked that field goal I was like NOOOOO! But there was offsides on the play so he got to re-kick it and he made it. That was so sick! Then UT won in overtime I was like YEEEAAAAAHHHH!!!

Probably a tie between 1998 and 2001 Florida games

The 2003 Miami and Alabama games were pretty good too.

Oh yeah...and 2006 Georgia game!

I was at the "Miracle at South Bend" Awesome!

I could only watch that an everclear punch party in Reese Hall.
Few people talk about another great comeback that I have to list - 1987 vs. Vandy in Neyland. Down 28-3 we came back and won. That was one of the funnest games I have ever been to because of this crazy drunk fan.

Mine would have to be my first game. I was 13 and it was the 1989 Vanderbilt game. It was the first time I got to experience what happened at a UT home game. We got there early for the Vol walk, and then we walked over and waited on the band. I remember being very, very sick, and my parents weren't going to take me. However, against their better judgment, they took me anyway. It was very cold, and we sat in the 4th row in the upper deck on the west side. We got all of the wind. Even being sick, I had the time of my life. When we got home, I got even sicker. On the next Monday, I found out I had walking pneumonia. I wouldn't have traded that day for anything.
