I can’t believe the government didn’t kidnap Wilt and test him to see if he was an alien. 7’1 and running a 10.9 100 yard dash in the 1950’s!!?!?!?!?!

Also another note was Arnold Schwarzenegger said Wilt was the strongest man he ever met and that was when Wilt was in his 40’s

Probably from when they made Conan the destroyer together. One of the best worst movies of all time. Acting is bad. Plot is bad. Arnold is probably the best actor in it, which says a lot. But I watch it all the way through when it comes on. It's fun.

It was. Wilt and Arnold got super close and Arnold said Wilt could do all his workouts with him in his 40’s

Wilt and Grace Jones hsted each other and it was very uncomfortable

Wilt was very strong, but not the strongest guy he knew. I promise you Arnold knows guys who can do 150 (not high enough - make the story better) 170 on tri extensions (if this is even true in the first place). His best friend was Franco. I bet Franco did over 200 on this.

Here is an absolute nobody doing 150 x 15.
