So glad we're not going through that ordeal again. Amazing that schools will not even allow a coach to at least flip the roster and fill it with the kids he's recruited to run his system before making a judgment.

I understood what you’re saying, but they clearly quit on him. There’s no coming back from that.

Yeah as much as I loved watching them lose to wku, the qb story was pretty interesting, it was evident they weren't going anywhere with Morris. I do wonder if it makes harder to lure in a better coach knowing he might not get a chance either. Surely Norvell is gonna hold out atleast until he knows FSU is off the table.

At some point, these Universities have to put their foot down and tell the agents NO to those ridiculous contract stipulations.

For example, Muschamp has accomplished nothing to justify that buyout amount. Some of these coaches with zero hardware and zero accomplishments are receiving contracts that guarantee them multi-millionaire status for failure. In what other profession can you achieve millionaire status by providing very little or no benefit in results to your employer?

This has to stop at some point.
